If you are making a buttercream frosting then make sure you double the recipe so you don't run out of frosting because it's hard to get the exact color right in the second batch.

You can get some nice inexpensive frosting tips and bags at the craft store. It will make the cupcakes look so COOL.

But if you can't get these supplies then make the cupcakes very simple and neat using a wide frosting knife a spatula. It's usually rounded on the end and about 1 or more inches in width... They will look elegant.

buy enough of those little cupcake paper liners and have enough tins ready to put them in.

Assemble all your ingredients before you start baking and making the frosting. Let the cupcakes completely COOL..before you frost them.

When you get the ingredients for the frosting mixed together if you are going to use food coloring make a TEST CUP .before you add the color to the big batch. You don't want to add too much food coloring.

You know "yellow and blue make green" if there is no green coloring....so test it and count the DROPS like 2 yellow drops coloring and 1 blue drop of coloring...mix the two together so you see if that is the color you want for the frog..

.You can always....use white frosting ....and go to a candy store and see if they have some GREEN FROGS..you can place in the middle of each one..

.or another idea is to look at frog faces in a cartoon...and if you can use the writing tip to make FROG FACES...on each cupcake....or make a variety of cupcake designs...some could have LILLY PADS....and FLOWERS...or the name FROG.....written on some of the cupcakes...It would be cool to have them on 3 tiers..elevated like a wedding cake...but if you can't see if you can get 3 cake stands...and place them on the serving table...left right and center....it would be so COOL....have a good time and get started early...don't do this at the last minute or you will feel like HOP HOP HOPPING OFF TO THE CRAZY HOUSE...I know from experience....making wedding cakes staying up all night....THAT IS HISTORY...LOL

ANOTHER HINT....go to the store like a gardening center they have all kinds of FROG THINGS...like Walmart gardening center...I have two frogs looking at me right now from the china cabinet....bye again!

I'm assuming you are asking how to make the top of the cupcake to look like a frog. I'll give you the most simple design that definitely lets you know it's a frog. When you get to the site, look for the " Froggy " cupcake.

Put the icing in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds. Longer if you had it in the fridge. Mix well is should be nice and soft and will go on smoothly. Also if you don't want you cup cakes to crumble when putting the icing on make the cup cakes the day before you put the icing on.
