Egg, especially, or plain if I can't get the egg bagels. I also like the garlic and onion bagels. I'll grill them in the frying pan and have them with either cream cheese or butter. I don't like the flavored bagels at all.

An everything bagel with lox & onions. Garlic bagel with tuna salad. Plain, toasted and buttered with my breakfast: 2 eggs sunny side up, a portion of hash browns, firehouse black coffee (no Sugar) and a copy of the NY Sunday Times

WOW...I love many types....
breakfast.....cinnamon raisin, French toast bagel, blueberry
lunch.....sourdough with creamed cheese and smoked salmon
onion bagel with creamed cheese
garlic bagel at night for a snack....toasted with butter
I also love poppy seed and sesame seeds on many things..including bagels...

I don't really care that much for bagels. I prefer a nicely toasted English Muffin with a little bit of butter on it (Butter not margarine, yuck), maybe a bit of cherry jam or strawberry jam.

I like the savory ones best. Poppy seed, garlic, onion, everything. The green chile cheese are the absolute best. I don't like any of the sweet ones.
