Blueberries are my favorite. They are considered a "super food" and they have more antioxidants than any other fruit. One 1/4 cup serving on your cereal every morning is packed with age fighting antioxidants, not to mention they taste great, without needing to add a bunch of sugar to your diet.

Raspberries, then blueberries. I have the luxury of going out to the woods on my farm to pick the wild ones right from the bush. Every so often Mr. Bear is interested in my berry patch as well, so he sometimes gets a free pail full as I scamper up the hill. :)
