how does alcohol affect diabetics? Does it make them feel bad? High BS or low BS?

Alcohol LOWERS blood sugars.
Always eat if you drink and check your sugars often.

Moderate drinking is just fine. Excessive drinking is not good for anyone .

Like anything in excess, alcohol is not good to abuse. As for its effects, alcohol itself impairs the effect of insulin, so abusing it results in insulin not doing its job properly.

However, in smaller amounts 1-2 drinks, what I have observed (when not eating other foods with carbs) is a drop in BS in the short term.

I find that it makes my blood sugar unpredictable. Some times high some times low. I find I have the best control if I just stick to beer and don't take insulin to counter act the carbs in the beer. Over all though it is best not to over indulge.

Well alcohol has a lode of sugar and when someone has diabetes it increases their blood pressure and it also makes not just diabetics but non diabetics aswell gain weight

blood surgars will go high. its not good and if you are smart you will stop drinking all together. its not good to mix the two. it defeats your meds and stuff.
