I need to be able to look up a cheese enchilada (small made with flour tortilla), side of rice (about 1/2 cup) and side of black beans (also about 1/2 cup).

There are tons of websites that are supposed to be where you can look up calories and fat in restaraunt's foods but I can't find it or if I try to look up a similar recipe the results vary from 210 calories to over 500). Can anyone help get a more specific estimate?

To be thoroughly trouble-free it extremely is in all probability subway, and it extremely is only all the way down to hypothesis using unpreserved, sparkling bread and veg that circulate into them. KFCc, Taco Bell, Wendy's, McDonald's, and Burger King needless to say have plenty salt further to them that it is not healthful and some of the beef or perhaps the veg has preservatives and is processed in some way. BTW i'm Northern Irish, no longer American and so a good distance as i'm conscious American foodstuff, enormously rapid foodstuff, fattier and customarily much less healthful for persons in evaluation to that of the united kingdom. so a good distance as i understand..

go to About.com they have all kinds of information on recipes to food facts or Cook.com they are good too! Also most places like Mcdonald's, Subway, Burgerking etc. are posting there info either on the products themselves or they give you fliers. These places also post it in there restaurants (in Burger King it is normally right near the register go figure!) hope this helps
