Congratulations!!
Right now you will feel like you have lost a friend. Smoking has probably been a part of your life for awhile if you feel that you have lost something. As others have said, you must find a replacement for that cigarette. There are so many things that you can do from hobbies to exercising to drinking water when the urge to have a cigarette hits. I always had a bottle of water and sugarless gum on hand when I quit. It will be hard, but do not give up. It will get easier as time passes. One day you will wake up and the thought of a cigarette will not enter your mind.
Again Congratulations! And Good Luck.

Congratulations =)
I quit smoking also, unfortunately not until my lungs were badly damaged =( but still quit. That "lost" feeling eventually goes away, for now just grab a bottle water or gum to get you past it.
Watch your calories; they will sneak up on ya during this time.
Best of Luck to you and God Bless =)

Yes, you need to treat yourself to something special, Since smoking is the number one cause of aging, I suggest an anti-aging skincare--luxury, to erase and minimize your pores. If you treat yourself to something nice, you will feel rejuvenated and wonderful, Try Valahe Products for Men. www.valahe.com. Real Good Line. Also Your face is the first thing people notice, so its good to take care of it.
It does take time, its like a diet, you feel deprived for a little until you make that lifestyle change-thats when you feel like a million bucks.

Keep busy - how about writing a diary ? This way you can track your success . When I stopped smoking , I took to Fisherman's Friends and the craving left quickly : if you have one of those , you don't really want to smoke anymore ....

Start chewing gum, and try staying away from people that smoke for a while. Its the hardest thing to quit doing!

Try replacing that habit of something in your hand & mouth with something healthier. Eating mints & being more active (get busy doing something when you get that feeling). It has helped me. Also try telling yourself that the urge for a cigarette will go away whether you have one or not.
