hellloo. well if you are a girl, i would recommend being lindsay lohan with the ankle monitoring bracelet. (love her! but that just would be funny), paris hitlon, audrey hepburn, nicole kidman, or marilyn monroe.
if you are a boy, i would recommend george clooney, will smith, chaning tatum, zac efron, nick lachey.
cute couples ideas: brad and angelina, tom and katie, jen and ben

Choose an actor/actress from a favorite film - that is the easiest. Then get clothing and accessories at a thrift shop/costume store to create the look. When you are dressing as an actor/actress it will be more noticeable if you dress as a character they are known for.
