In spite of good sleep, I have been yawning frequently for 2 days.

yawning is not caused by fatigue, it is caused by a lack of oxygen. Try breathing deeply every thirty minutes or so.

You're probably hyperventilated. Or there's not enough blood going to your lungs or it could be just allergies. I had the same problem once, I went to the doc and he gave me a medicine. The problem disappeared three days after taking the medicine. He said it's a sort of allergies combined with not enough blood going to the lungs. Nothing big. He also recommended me to take multi-vitamins.
