i respect all vegans because it demonstates the motivation in which humans can completely change their diet in order to make them happy and for their "health." I am a family doctor and i have had patients tried to become a vegan and failed within a week. I am not a vegan, but i respect your "ideology"

here is my question:

what commerically famous food products/non-food products dont you eat - an example would be kraft cheese, dial soap

I am a raw vegan (plant food only, no cooked food). I don't eat anything that is cooked.

I buy at health food stores my shampoo, toothpaste, lotion, face cleaner, etc that has no animal products or has been tested by animals.

I eat all raw vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.

The best book I ever read about raw foods is "The Sunfood Diet Success System" by David Wolfe.

I'm a young vegetarian but when I was changing, I looked up both sides. Vegans don't eat a lot of comercial products. Mostly just homegrown foods like fruits and veges. Or soy milk. Like Silk. But they don't eat any meat, regular milk, milk or meat products. And all that kinds of stuff.

There are vegan makeups--I use them all the time!

But that's a hard question to answer, as I avoid many, many commercially famous products and seek cruelty-free alternatives.

lipstick would be one - I think it has animal fats (whale?) in it. I'm not a vegan, but I learned that in high school.
