I have heart disease and am on medication, and I just recently read that if you exercise on a regular basis, your heart disease can improve, but it also said that if you stop exercising, your heart disease will get worse.

You can greatly improve your health with both a good diet and exercise.........I know in Canada their a clinics that help people who suffer from heart disease to learn about healthy eating, as well as exercise and how to more effectively deal with stress. Do you have that available in the area where you live, might be worth your while to go in and learn all you can to improve your heart health.

Your heart will get stronger, and can develop its own improved circulation. But that requires long regular exercise, little by little getting more intense.

Without exercise, it gets weaker. Its better to feel better.

More fruits and veggies for the antioxidants, and some cocoa, green tea, and pomegranate juice daily.
