14th Birthday?

Question

Hi,my 14th birthday is comminbg up son and i was wondering if people had any suggestions on what to do. I was hoping paintball but u have to be 15years old so tht will be next year =P. And also, can someone explain what laser tag is please? Thx

They are both games that involve guns. You might want to be careful about this. Many parent will have a problem with this. I don't allow my children to play with guns at all, in any capacity. Laser tag is essentially paint ball inside, often the room is dark and lit with black lights. You run around a course and try to shoot the enemy at a targe that are on the chest and back. Also, paintball can be very painful. I said I don't let my children do this, but I have done them both. If I had a choice I would pick laser tag, I think more parents would be open to this, and it won't hurt as bad.

Well, i guess it depends if you want a guy/girl party or just a guy party(im assuming you're a guy cuz of the paintball). A Dance/Party is always fun if you want guys and girls, also if you can afford it, a trip to an amusment park or water park is fun, or a swimming party if its warm enough. As for just guys, some guys do a video game party, but im not exactly sure since im not a guy, lol i normaly do like a shopping/ slumber party but anyways...:) As far as Lazer Tag you wear these vests things and you have a "lazer gun". You are divided up in to 2 teams and you try to shoot and tag the other teams peoples vests which earns you points, the team with the most points wins. I think its fun!:) Also there are places like Main Event or bowling places which are also fun. Hope ya have fun!♥♥♥

for my 14th we went to the beach and spent the day there [i live a few hours away from the Cape]

or you can road trip to a concert or festival. my friend took like 10 people in a van to all go to the Vans Warped Tour.
you can have people over your house and just play some music and eat food.
one of my friends rented a limo and we all went to New York City. so you can plan something like that if you live relatively close or a big city/capital in your state.
for my friends birthday, we spent the whole time water balloon fighting and basically just running aound her backyard, swimming, tanning, water fights.

laser tag is just where you have a vest on and you get a "laser gun" and you shoot each other and if you hit a target on someone's vest then it get's marked by a computer and then it shows up after that they were hit and are out of the game or you get points, places do it differently.

Laser tag is a game where you wear a target on your chest and you all have laser guns and you have to shoot the laser at the target, if you hit the targer it lights up and you are then out. Why don't you book a soccer/football party at the pitch? My son went to one and they had a football coach come and take them through drills, and then they played a quick game. If nothing else, ice skating or roller skating at the local rink would be fun.

Football party or a sleep over , dvd, pizza cake at midnight this is what my sister does for her son, obviously if he isn't into football maybe a bowling or cinema party and sleep over!
