If you can't breathe out thru the nostrils; most likely you have sinus congestion. This would account for the sinus pressure like headaches you feel. I find draining my sinuses and drying them up with antihistamnics with the ingredient Chlortrimeton. It really help. In addition, I also buy the generic nasal spray with the ingredient of oxymetazoline. If you check all other brand names. They are more expensive.

Once you are relieved of this sinus congestion, the sinus pressure would all disappear.

Natural remedies to relieve sinus congestion are Cayenne and chili peppers.

You need to clear the sinus cavities. Put 2 teaspoons of salt in 1/2 glass of warm water. Inhale a teaspoon at a time into your sinuses. It will sting a bit but will stop any infection from occurring. Start taking local honey-a teaspoon a day. This remedy will gradually help your body with airborn irritants. You will also find that you get less colds and flu symptoms over time.
