saying this on YA isnt embarssing?

it sounds like a few things,

* Group B Strep - Group B Strep, also known as Beta Strep or GBS is a bacteria that can live within humans. About 25% of women are carriers of this bacteria and don't even know it.

* Yeast Infection - is simply an imbalance of yeast in the vagina caused primarily by an overgrowth of the yeast fungus, Candida albicans. Candida live in small numbers and is always present in women's bodies (men's too). It's also the same fungus that causes diaper rash.

* Pregnacy - which creates hormone imbalance... or another type of hormone imbalance.

I dont think it's an STD unless you have several sexual partners and more then 3 in the last year.
you should get checked out, it will help.

play around on this web sight for a while ... http://www.webmd.com/ ...... extreamly helpful advice and more.

You need to stop having unprotected sex ...especially if you are too "embarrassed" to go get checked! Not being responsible for your health and body is really immature..doesn't sound like you are old enough to even have sex if you can't "carry" out the rest of it like seeing your doc ! Are you still having sex now? If so...you also need to have your partner or partners checked too. Especially if it turns out that you test positive for an STD...its not fair to your partners and its horrible to risk someone elses health just because a person is embarrassed to see a doc. Please....go get checked...even if its at a clinic where no one knows you...whatever..just get it done for you and your partner! Remember...the longer you wait..you can cause more health problems that get more complicated if left untreated! If you are positive...be up front with whomever you have been with so that they can be treated too. Good luck

A bump that comes every month with discharge sounds like Herpes to me..
you have to get it checked...just remember the longer you wait, the more damage it/they can do...
God Bless...

The best thing is to get checked, and if you want it confidental and free, go to planned parenthood and you can set up an apt. to get checked. Everyone is very nice there, and they are just really concerned with you. You really should be checked, because it to be honest, sounds like you do have something.

Go get checked pronto. You may be embarrassed to go get checked, but many girls are embarrassed to go, but it is worth it. Afterwards though you will feel much more relieved that you went.

Sounds probable, don't be embarrassed, doctors have seen much worse, its all part of being a woman.

Firstly, are you sexually active? If not, it is very unlikely it could be a sexually transmitted disease. If so, go to the doctor. They have heard it all, and are unlikely to be judgmental.

its better to go and get it checked than to find out eventually and it is and its even worst and you waited to long and theres nothing you can do about it.
