That's entirely up to you. Type two diabetes is brought on by having a genetic predisposition and any combination of: poor diet, sedate lifestyle (being too lazy), and poor weight management. Rest assured that consumption of sugar does not directly cause it. It's more likely related to fat buildup in the cells which results in insulin resistance (the precursor to type two diabetes). Too many calories from either sugar or carbohydrates will eventually result in this fat buildup (I'm living proof). If you want to avoid diabetes, the best thing you can do is read up on the subject, keep your weight down, and eat and exercise like a diabetic (should). Read more here:

In most cases, if the diabetes is properly managed, the person will live as long as a normal person. But the fact is, most people DON'T manage their diabetes that well. Diabetes is EXTREMELY personal. That is, the most important part of the treatment is the patient. If the patient does not manage their diet properly, follow their medication routines (including insulin shots) and get plenty of exercise, then there is no doctor and no medicine in the world that can save their life. And even when properly treated, too much damage is often done before the patient is diagnosed. Diabetes is a "silent killer". It symptoms are many, varied, and often go unnoticed. Therefore, most diabetic patients are usually pretty bad off before they ever get diagnosed. Unfortunately, much of the damage done by diabetes is not repairable. Of course, the main "killrs" from diabetes are hear attack, strokes, and kidney failure. These chancesc can be REDUCED, but not totally eliminated. Kidney failure is pretty bad, because it usually cannot be reversed. So a patient comes in with kidney failue, but is THEN found to be dianteic, but the damage to the kidneys is already done. Most doctors recommend that ALL patients be checked for diabetes at least once a year, like getting a pap smear or prostate exam. The test, called A1C, is simple and low cost. So ALL people should have this done once a year, during the annual physical. But the next question is, what people have a regular annual physical done ... ? THIS is the reason most diabetes is missed, and is therefore left to do so much damage.

Coke and Pepsi are pure sugar. Are you monitoring your glucose? If you're drinking that much coke and pepsi a day, I'm surprised your blood sugar isn't off the charts. You should be drinking sugar free beverages. You don't say if you're a type1 or type 2 diabetic. If you're a type 1 diabetic, the longer you have diabetes, the more damage your major organs will sustain. Many type 1(insulin-dependent) diabetics die from complications of diabetes

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Please stop. My entire family is diabetic, so I know what I'm talking about. My mom is still living, but has been very bad at watching what she eats. She is on dialysis. Her legs are in terrible shape. She is almost blind. She has neuropathy so bad she can hardly hold a spoon. She can't control her bathroom functions properly due to intestinal neuropathy. She has had multiple open heart surgeries and has heart failure now. So will you die? Maybe, maybe not. Do you want to live being blind and unable to hold your own bowels? Do you want to lose your limbs and just lay in a bed as a torso? That is what will happen if you don't take responsibility for yourself now. And my mom didn't even drink a bunch of sugary stuff. She does eat stuff she shouldn't almost daily, but nowhere near the equivalent of 4 cans of coke. If she is that bad off and kinda halfway watched out for sugar, just imagine what your future may hold. Not pleasant.

you should really take better care of yourself. diabetes is a dangerous disease, but if treated correctly, someone with diabetes can live a pretty close to normal life.

Right now you maybe at the age where your body can still compinsate for the damage you are doing to by raising your sugar real high with coke and or pepsi. the deadly effects you will see will be down the road when you have to be placed on diaylsis and a kidney transplant list to live. or somone you love will have to put there health and life on the line to donate a kidney to you. a coke every once in awhile isn't too bad, maybe to bring up your sugar, but a large amount frequently is very dangerous.

Diabetics are also prone to poor circulation. and with a high glucose level, your body functions poorly and poor circulation turns in to little or no circulations. diabetics who dont take care of themselves and live dangerously lose feet, or a leg or both.

i would advise you to stop with the large amount of pop and take care of your self. not every diabetic ends up on dialysis, if you take care of yourself you'll be fine
