Remember, ventricular arrhythmias in WPW (apart from VF degenerated from AF) are highly atypical and suggest either an alternative diagnosis or co-existent pathology( eg amiodaron give in this patient in the long term causing long QT interval and then torsades depointes VT ) .

number one...the way to check for wpw is the rs wave of the qrs complex will have a slight curve to it
