You're not a vegetarian if you eat any species of animal. Unfortunately, none of the animals commercially raised for food has a good life. Maybe some small family farms continue to raise & slaughter their own "food" animals, which would give them a decent quality of life until they're killed, but these are rare exceptions & nobody you can buy in your grocer's cooler has had a happy life.
I know ppl who only eat some types of animal but not others. Some avoid eating animals who they personally find cute (lambs, dogs) or intelligent (pigs). Some follow religious or cultural traditions & don't eat anyone that their group wouldn't eat. None of these persons can be called vegetarian.

Nope, sorry; you are not a vegetarian; you are just someone who has a soft touch for baby animals but, what is the difference if they get to live for just a short time and then become a food product? I am not a vegetarian and I do respect their right to choose what they want to eat and what is not acceptable to them. You have that same right. I try not to think about eating the animals when I am enjoying them at the farm, and when I am enjoying them at the restaurant, I don't think back on how much fun it was to see them living their lives to the fullest. This is just reality.

It's not any type of vegetarian. If you eat flesh, you are an omnivore. Besides that, no animal has a good life in factory farms.

the age of the animal doesnt matter-it you eat meat in any form, you are an omnivore. If you think animals raised for food live a good life, you might want to visit http://factoryfarming.org for the truth-you would be better off putting the baby animals out of their misery, rather than letting the ones that live longer suffer longer. Sorry, but thats the facts.
