IF it is Bradford, PA then try checking in Buffalo , NY since it isn't far from there. Rochester is too far away.

Are there any gay clubs in your area? They usually hold Gay Bingo nights that are hosted by a cross dresser. Call the club to see if anyone is willing to do your party. They may be able to tell you some agency you could get in contact with.
