Just to clarify, I want to make sure you are taking enalapril (Vasotec), Plendil (generic: clopidogrel), and lovastatin (Mevacor). Assuming the above is correct, read on:
Enalapril is what's called an ACE (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme) inhibitor, which acts on enzymes controlling the renin-angiotensin cascade which ultimately acts to lower your blood pressure by decreasing peripheral fluid volume. It is metabolized while in the bloodstream and excreted by the kidneys.
Plendil (clopidogrel) is a drug used to prevent clotting by interfering with platelet aggregation (stops platelets from sticking together and forming a blood clot). It is metabolized by the liver.
Mevacor (lovastatin) is a cholesterol reducing agent which interferes with an enzyme known as HMG-CoA reductase, which interferes with a critical step manufacturing cholesterol. It is metabolized by the liver.
The reason I've included all of the above information is because various organs are used to metabolize and eliminate these drugs, as well as have the potential to interfere with the breakdown of other drugs. For instance, the two above metabolized by the liver may use different enzymes for their work. The tricky thing about enzymes is that by utilizing one, you may end up speeding up or slowing down another that should be working on other substances. Also, some drugs have a tendancy to make organs work less efficiently, so organ function tests are sometimes ordered by the physician to make sure everything is still working properly.
Now, none of the above drugs are "nitrates", which is the first major contraindication for using Cialis, Levitra, Viagra, or other drugs of it's kind. The second thing is that none of these drugs are known to have any drug-drug interaction with each other.
However, given the very limited information offered with your question, it's up to your medical provider to decide if you can take it or not. We don't know your kidney or liver function, which would only cause a maximum daily allowed dose adjustment, and we don't know what other over-the-counter products you are taking which may interfere with the drug.
But the good news is that if you were only taking these three medications, and NOTHING else, there should be no other reason your healthcare provider wouldn't prescribe it for you. Bottom line: see your doctor.

Do you mean "Enalapril"?
Enalapril is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat high blood pressure. It is also used in combination with other medications to treat heart failure. Enalapril is in a class of medications called angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. It works by decreasing certain chemicals that tighten the blood vessels, so blood flows more smoothly and the heart can pump blood more efficiently.
Felodipine is used to treat high blood pressure. It relaxes your blood vessels so your heart does not have to pump as hard.
Lovastatin is used together with lifestyle changes (diet, weight-loss, exercise) to reduce the amount of cholesterol (a fat-like substance) and other fatty substances in the blood. Lovastatin is in a class of medications called HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (statins). It works by slowing the production of cholesterol in the body.
Tadalafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence; inability to get or keep an erection) in men. Tadalafil is in a class of medications called phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. This increased blood flow can cause an erection. Tadalafil does not cure erectile dysfunction or increase sexual desire. Tadalafil does not prevent pregnancy or the spread of sexually transmitted diseases such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
Consult your doctor.
Please see the web pages for more details on Enalapril, Felodipine (generic name) Plendil (brand name), Lovastatin and Tadalafil (generic name) Cialis (brand name).

I wouldn't recommend it to you. However you'll do what you're going to do. Just remember if you lie and get the doctor to prescribe it to you don't sue him or her for malpractice. I believe it even says on the tv commercial if you have any heart problems it wouldnt be recommended for you.

If I were you I would inquire from my doctor regarding your current medications about adding another drug before just adding it. So many medications have side effects as well as interactions between otter medications.
