In addition to the above, I had NO noticeable symptoms.
Just go get a blood test. There are three tests that they can give you. A simple fasting glucose test. A glucose tolerance test. And the hemoglobin A1C test. The latter two will really give you an accurate picture of your body's ability to manage blood glucose. Stop worrying and go do it. If it turns out to be diabetes (which I doubt), the sooner you deal with it, the better. If it's not diabetes, it sounds serious enough to warrant a doctor's attention.

If you are feeling that you may have a very severe case of HIGH BLOOD SUGAR. That is a very advanced symptom.
Get to an ENDOCRINOLOGIST. Stop all sugar, no sweets at all except fruit, go to fish and chicken breasts. On vegetables (greens) , plenty of salads. Oatmeal for breakfast use raisins and plums and fruits. Splenda to sweeten. No breads with any white enriched flour or sugar at all. That includes corn syrup and fructose or dextrose. The 12 or 15 grain breads by Arnold's bakers are pretty good.
WALK AS MUCH A POSSIBLE EVERY DAY, set a plan even if it is walking your house, BUT THE EXERCISE IS MANDATORY.
My husband is Diabetic and due to surgery his sugar levels hit 280 and have not come back down well at all.
My sons Mother in law weighs 350, wheel chair bound 75 percent of the time and cannot feel below her knees. She pays no attention to her diabetes, I will be amazed if she makes it to 65. She is 56 now.
TAKE ARE OF THIS PROBLEM NOW SEE THE DOCTOR.

With the newer types of insulin these days, diabetic diets aren't necessarily as restrictive as they used to be. Read here https://tr.im/MHtYq
As with any medicine or diet change, you should discuss it with your doctor. Fruits, both fresh and dried, have a natural sugar in them that will raise blood sugar levels, so be careful about eating too much. Not sure about the nuts. Moderation is always the key. I've been diabetic for 18 years and just recently changed insulin types. I love it because it gives me more freedom in when and what I eat.

I was just diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, this is a serious thing and not easy to just stop cold turkey with the sugar we are used to in our daily lives. I was lucky because I had some major syptoms that my Gyn found and alerted me to my problem. When I checked my sugar I was well over 300 which is dangerous. I ended up in the hospital overnite and still haven't gotten it under control in a week, and I have been doing just as they have told me.
You might want to do as I did and purchase a kit to test your blood, CVS pharmacy or whatever chain you have near you has a generic test kit that is complete and only cost around $15.00 and is very acurate. (I tested against the hospital ones) Your level should be 100 or less but check in the morning when you haven't eaten for several hours. You have to be pro-active about your health. If it is normal than still see your doctor concerning your circulation problems.
