I came upon this study link, and was very surpised. In this study at the link below:

sugars in white grape juice accelerated atherosclerosis. Pomegranate juice slowed it down or reversed it some. Does this mean juices with white grape juice a poor choice as a drink, especially for heart patients ?

The study expected to compare both products, and find one slightly better.

Not find one was actually less than beneficial.

Its important to me, since I have very severe arterial blockages. If you're fine, don't answer.

This stupid link is always giving statistics, they have neither given in what amount and many other questions do arise when such studies are conducted, age, predisposing diseases and so on.
Eat every thing that suits your heart but don't overdo anything. More patients die because of these do and don't.
Enjoy life.

In time everything turns out bad for you. These ridiculous studies always find something to hurt you. Last year there was a warning otu on milk becasue it can cause cancer. Give me a break! We'll all die eventually. So I either drink milk to develop strong, healthy bones as been advertised for ages and develop cancer or give it up and develop osteoarthritis. It's a toss of a coin.

I cant remember the other things I have heard.
