Exercise! If your bloodsugar is up too much and you dont want to use insulin through on the jogging pants and go for a run, it drops it really quick.

You can get high readings if you are stressed or if you have an infection anywhere, especially if it is causing fever. I once was getting really bad highs and thought because I was vomitting that I should not take insulin. How wrong I was! Turned out I was high because of a severe chest infection. Once I had got that under control and had IV insulin and fluids things got better, but I learned that I should take insulin whether I am eating or not, when the sugars are high. I take it you are from somewhere other than UK because of the way you read your bms. Sometimes things go wrong for no good reason. It is not your fault! It is the fickleness of this illness that ticks me off most!

Have you ever tried taking a gram or two of cinnamon? One of our customers who said his sugar was "an uncontrolled 200" brought it down to 100 by taking several grams of cinnamon a day.

Another customer passed along what his diabetic friend had done. Whenever his friend ate anything he took 1 or 2 grams of cinnamon. It kept his blood-sugar normal.

Studies from the U.S. Department of Agriculture support those kinds of stories.

Cinnamon has the ability to open your cell walls, so that the sugar that's in the blood can get inside the cell. When the sugar goes from the blood into the cell, the "blood-sugar" goes down.

Fenugreek and gymnema sylvestre are two more herbs that have helped many diabetics.

Good luck and be well.

If you have 'high blood sugar' it means that you are either 'borderline' or have full diabetes. There are several different medications that you can take, but they MUST BE PRESCRIBED by a doctor. You should NEVER try to get your own 'blood sugar' down without a doctor's 'overseeing' what you are doing. You may try 'diet' but even the diets for borderline or full diabetes must be monitored by a dietician working with your doctor. If you are worried because you or someone you love has 'high blood sugar' then see a doctor or take them to see a doctor.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

The best and healthiest answer is to start cardiovascual exercise - at least 30 minutes, and ideally an hour walking vigorously.

The juice of the morinda citraflora (Noni) plant does a good job as well, but leaves a lot to be desired in the taste.

Otherwise go for your prescription meds.

With kind and gentle regards,

If you have some insulin, that ought to do it. If you're a type 2 on pills, like me, then plenty of exercise will do the trick. A half teaspoon of cinnamon won't hurt either. More here:

didn't your doctor prescribe insulin??? call 911 if your sugar is too high and you are certain your machine is accurate. otherwise, get your machine calibrated and make an appointment with your doctor.
