I was told that only if you were stuck in a phone booth with 10 people all smoking joints! Most people lie and give that excuse if they get busted in a test but my friend that was on probation tried that excuse when he really did smoke it and his probation officer told him that.

It depends how much 2nd hand you inhaled and how it was smoked, pip/water pipe.. that affects the potency. Usually 2nd hand will show up on a test but not enough to be considered over the amount. Our bodies naturally produce THC so usually 2nd hand smoke will just make it look as if your normal THC levels are a little higher than normal but not so high that you are guilty of smoking. If you are worried about a drug test for work don't worry. Unless you are going for a rather high ranked job like the CIA or something.

Yes. Not only that, but if your clothes soak of the smoke, it would be possible to trigger a canine alert, resulting in arrest for "using", even though you did not. The same thing applies to PCB and a lot of other drugs. Not only is it a good idea not to use this stuff, it is a good idea to stay away from any one who does use.

Yes. One of the snowboarders got in trouble at the last olympics if I remember correctly, and he blamed it on second hand smoke.
