You'll have to read the labels.

I know Jelly Bellys are vegetarian, though not vegan; they have beeswax and maybe carmine in them. Red Dye 40 and Carmine are NOT the same. Carmine is a no-no for vegans and should be avoided because of the "ick" factor involved.

Mayonnaise is all animals fat, but I don't know if it's gelatin. It is in jelly beans, though. Anything jelly has gelatin in it, I think. Of course jello has gelatin, that's a given. I'm not sure about the red 40.

Regular mayonaise, no. Check the fat free versions
All of the salad dressings I have seen, no. Check the fat free creamy stuff, just to be sure.
Frosting in a tub for cake is hydrogenated oil. Frosting on pop tarts or frosted cereal (shredded wheat) YES, gelatin!
Ice Cream, only ultra cheap brands and some sherbets. You have to check the labels.
Jelly beans, generally no. Gummy bears and worms, yes. Sour patch kids and sweedish fish, no.

I don't know about red #40

You would have to read individual labels, but there is usually gelatin in marshmallows and lots of vitamins. I'm not sure about Red 40.

mayo-no

salad dressing- most no

frosting- unfortunately yes, especially the frosting on pop tarts, but you can make it yourself with just confectioners sugar easily
ice cream-no
jelly beans, often yes, but starburst jelly beans dont

m&ms, no, there was a scandal about it, so thats why at one point they took out the red color, but they brought it backed eventually because they never used red 40 anyways.
jelly beans-check ingredients, they will list it if their using it
red gum- usually not, check ingredients

i can say mayo no
dressing-depends
frosting /ice cream-again..brand?

Red 40 is not an animal/bug product. its a synthetic dye. though not good for you, unless your consuming it by the ton i really wouldnt stress out on it.

jelly bellys dont contain gelatin..some flavors can be vegan-some vegetarian(may contain dairy or other such things)

It depends on the brand. Read the ingredients labels.
