a sex in the city theme would b fun. u could have virgin drinks cuz ur only turning 15(if it's a quinceanera) or 16 (if it's a sweet sixteen). good drinks pina coladas, strawberry daiqueris, maragaritas... u could also have gourmet food like sushi or lobster.

If she's into fashion do a fashion theme...like fashion week in NY..I went to a frat party once and it was a lot of fun..but we had a grafiti theme..everybody wore white..mostly just white shirts and everbody had markers and wrote all over eachother is was super fun..or do like Diddy does and have a white party..hope that was helpful!

Try two themes ok first will be a kind of beach party hawaii and second princess you can party full day by doing this.In the morning first one in the evening second one enjoy your birthday this time of sweet 16 birthday will never comes in your life.ENJOY!!!!!!!A!!!!!!LOT!!!!!!!

turn the room into a ball room , have the children to come in their best attire, send out invitations of course, have servers(various parents)
create a red carpet event .
it could be a all white party all this depends on your budget of course , my son is always wathching those rich and famous shows on mtv or vh1

since Pimp and Ho's would probably be a big N-O for mom..... why not go glam??? have a red carpet night? complete with a red carpet, velvet ropes, body gaurds and little statuette give aways.......aahhhh to be sixteen, or eighteen again......
