Of course you can. How can you be a vegan and not eat low carb?
Veggies and soy products.
Watch out for fruits, though, because they do have fructose in them = sugar carbs.
1) Certain brands of almonds can be very low in net carb count if you take into account the fiber (carb count minus fiber gives you net carb).
2) There's a very low carb tofu at Whole Foods, which is about 1g net carb per serving, which is a 1/4 of the block (plenty).
3) Another product that is pretty cool and completely vegan are Shirataki noodles; you may be able to find them at a health food store, some can be found at Ralphs and Trader Joes (I'm not sure where you live so these are the only stores I know). These noodles are made of a root and are similar to flat fettucini noodles, although the texture is different. Pretty good in broth or miso broth.
4) Some vegetables like cauliflower are very low-carb. Even though most low carb sites are carnivorous :) you can still check them to get the carb count of vegetables.
Why not concentrate on good carbs instead?
The South Beach Diet can be done if you are a vegetarian (like me) or a vegan.
So Nice Unsweetened Soy Milk (Fortified)- Great on it's own or in smoothies

You can not be vegan and low-carb for any accelerated interval of time. Vegan count closely on legumes and grains for his or her protein sources, which are quite excessive in carbohydrates. So are many veggies and most fruits. I believe you would survive on nuts and leaf greens for a month, but it might now not be healthful and you wouldn't be getting enough protein. I endorse you quit the thought of a low-carb, vegan weight loss plan. Just go vegan and notice how that makes you think. Avoid processed foods, white flour and sugar and get your carbs from fruits, entire grains and legumes, and notice if you happen to do not think higher than you did on the low-carb food regimen. (certainly, I can not quite figure out how you're presently consuming "low-carb" if you don't like meat, dairy or cheese. Do you just consume eggs, or what? Or are you a kind of who would not feel fowl or fish as "meat"?)

I agree completely with kitkat.
You need carbs...You could end up all tired and out of energy if you eliminate carbs from your diet.
Like kitkat said already just eliminate the simple carbs(sugar, white bread, almost anything white, etc.)
Eat more complex carbs (whole grains, anything that is rich in fiber, is rich in complex carbs)
Hope that helps.

Just stay away from bad carbs (refined foods and junk). The body needs carbs. Stick with 100% whole grain items like whole wheat bread and pasta, brown rice etc.

How will you get the protein you need if you cut out the meat AND the carbs? If you aren't eating meat you should be sure to eat things that make a whole protein. For example toast & peanut butter make a whole protein and rice & beans. It's really important to get enough protein on a vegan diet. I don't see how this would be possible if you are cutting out carbs too. What the hell would you eat? It'd be more like anorexia than a vegan-low-carb diet.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?0TLZ
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied
