If you're concerned about having a heart attack, you need to consult a physician immediately.
Symptoms of a heart attack usually come on gradually and include pain described as tightness, pressure, or squeezing which may radiate to the arm (usually the left), jaw, neck, or back, as well as shortness of breath.
Again, if you are having severe chest pain you should consult a physician asap. Even if you're not having a heart attack, you could still have a cardiac condition which requires prompt medical attention.

Besides pressure & a tightness around your chest, which is a symptom. Tingling & soarness in either one or BOTH your arms & hands as well as your neck, back & jaw are definite signs of a heart attack & you should go directly to the E.R. Believe me, I know first hand. Felt like my whole upper body was breaking down. I had warning signs for almost 2 months, but they would go away. But this particular time it was lasting over 2 hours n' I said screw this & checked myself in. Emergency procedure of an agio-plasty n' inserting a stent into my artery was the outcome followed by a 5 day stay in the hospital. Don't wait if your gut tells you it's something other than heartburn! The earlier you can catch it will be all the less damage to your heart. Also, now it's time to be more conscious about your diet; low to no sodium & cholesteral intake. Heart healthy choices now will do a world of good!

Yes, it could be cardiac related but most likely it is related to reflux or being such a high fat meal, it may also be gall stones. Why you eat fat the body needs to secrete bile to breakdown the fat from the gall bladder. A stone obstructing the gall bladder results in pain similar to that described.

Could be a heart burn. Try taking some antacid and see if that works, if not, I strongly suggest you head for the emergency room. Then, I strongly suggest you begin to eat much better. Take care.

It's most likely just simple indigestion. If you start getting short of breath, faint or dizzy, or have a numbing/pain sensation run down your left arm, call 911.

It could be indigestion, but it could also be heart related. The only way to find out is to get it checked out. It's really not worth taking chances. Please go to the ER. Don't drive yourself. If there's nobody there to take you, call 911.
