Did you check with all your friends to see if someone would be crazy enough to do this for you? I don't see that happening because they have to live with their neighbors after the party. You could try a hotel, but they would probably throw you and the party celebrants out when things got too loud. This plan sounds like trouble in the making. Why aren't you having it at your house? I hope you can figure out a way to celebrate your special birthday. Can't you think of a plan B ?

I don't know what city you're in but in Houston there's a company called Murphy's Corporate Lodging. They rent out fully furnished luxury apts. I had a party/sleepover there, it was nice and the pool with waterfull and hot tub didn't have hours so we were out there at 1am. They have different properties but all nice.

Also try hotel chains that are for extended stay business travelers because they are usually set up like apartments. Check out HOLTZE Hotels. Also Chase Hotels by WOODFIN SUITES, they usually even have 2 level lofts for about $100 a night.

Last thing, people rent out lake houses, their homes and condos all of the time. There are tons of sites for apartment/condo rentals...everywhere from New Orleans to NYC. (try sites like cyberrentals or vrbo, or just try doing a search).

First off they would have to know you very well... a 21 yr old comes and asks me to rent for a 2 night party and i would be worried the place might get trashed.... you can expect this to be a very expensive rental with a HIGH deposit... IF you can find a place.

Why not rent a suite in a hotel?

Look for beach rentals, especially if your birthday is during the off season for visitors. You could get a great price. In my area beach houses can be rented for a week or more. Then you wont have to worry about pesky neighbors. Or u could always get a hotel suite or find a friend or relative who is willing to help you out. If your the outdoors type you could go to a camping area. Happy Birthday!!!!
