What should he do as decorations in the food that represents promotion and can give a touch on the sherrif?

I'm not sure I'm understanding the question. Did he just get promoted to Sheriff? Do you only want to decorate the food? You can got to the site below and get plastic sheriff badges. When you get to the sight, click on novelties, then search for sheriff badges. I hope this is what you were looking for.
