Since the pumpkin was never alive, and wasn't locked in a small cage for its entire life and kept alive with antibiotics and slaughtered while still conscious, I'd eat it.

Actually, eating pumpkin is not a problem, it's the pie that depends on the ingredients. Obviously, no milk or eggs or it's a no no!

MOST Pumpkin Pie Recipes have Eggs & Milk in them..so NO.

Yes because I guess pumpkin can be considered a part of the vegetable family. Since it grew out of the ground and and never breathed or had a heart!

I don't know, the pumpkin probably did have feelings. :(

Did it have a frown on it's face when you made it into pie, because if it did, I wouldn't bare to eat it.
