No, it is just like eating uncooked chow mein noodles. I am assuming you're talking about just eating the noodles, because eating a plain sauce packet is kind of gross. It does have nutritional value, but its mostly just carbs.

Uncooked is the way I would rather eat it . I've eaten it like that since I was a kid -- it's fine !

Ramen noodles are very bad for you.They are on the worst food list in our Drs. office along with Campbells Chicken noodle soup.They are two that stuck in my mind.

ramen is bad for u no matter how its eaten. its cheap fried noodles glued together with paste and seasoned with a salt packet.
thats why its like $1 for a hundred packets....

i use uncooked ramen noodles in asian coleslaw. the recipe came from kraft foods. no one's gotten sick yet.

No but they are deep fried and contain a fair amount of fat and the flavor packets have a lot of sodium so they should be eaten sparingly.
