It's Cookie Monster not Cookies Monster. Ask your local bakery.

If you want to do a Cookie Monster cake, Wilton puts out a pan to bake one in. It comes with complete instructions. You can get the pan at any craft or cake decorating store. If you don't want to do a large cake, you could make cupcakes for the children and insert Cookie Monster picks in them. For the table ware, look in Party City. They will also have little goodies to put in the gift bags for the guests. For food I would make several types of sandwiches and cut them out with large letter or shaped ( square, circle etc. ) cookie cutters. This might be something the children might have fun eating. a Cookie Monster Pizza Cookie..http://www.perfectpartybycody.com/PartyPack.php?ID897#food
This site will give you free invitations you can print out.

Search the web for free printable coloring pages that have your theme, and don't forget to get a big Cookie Monster Mylar balloon. P.S. I would give the kids mini chocolate chip cookies.

Several years ago, the Wilton cake company had a cookie monster cake pan. If you like decorating character cakes, try to find that pan and make a cookie monster cake.
