I haven't heard anything regarding cinnamon and sugar, but, cinnamon is supposedd to be good for lowering cholesterol.

Not enough to trust it as meidcation, but taking cinnamon extract is supposed to help your blood sugars. I take cinnamon extract every day, and my levels remain stable. That's not the only reason, but it helps. At least it doesn't hurt.

And my breath - oo weee - is it fresh! Just kidding - no effect.

And be careful of interpreting information on the internet - there's a lot of misinformation out there, and advice given by self-proclaimed "experts.". If there's real information to support this assertion, I would love to see the actual study - including sample size, research methods, interpretation, etc. - not just anecdotal information

Cinnamon is good also garlic,vinegar,strawberries and blueberries are good in controling blood sugar.
