Google the year 1991 and search all the different things that happened the year you were born and go with that. I would personally choose something sexy yet innocent, so probably a one color dress party (Pink, baby blue or something like that) or a sexy pijama party.
If you want something more elegant, you can choose something like "Sexy fairies in the woods" or like someone said before me, a greek goddesses themed party.

Try a 60's party with all the 60's clothes and hairstyles...we used to call them "Happenings"...
