Sex could have different meanings. But if you are refferring to the term of being sexually active than you should read up on it. But basicly it should be because two people are in a committed relationship and are ready to be parents. Having sexual intercourse can cause pregnancy. Trojan is your best friend:]] There are different kinds of sexual activities but if you really want to know but are too embarrassed to ask a parent or close friend read a book on it they aren't embarrassed to talk about it. :D
