Yes... it's very meat-like. While I was at Costco, people were gobbling up the Boca samples without realizing it was a meatless patty.

you do no longer want meat substitutes. in basic terms decide for legumes like lentils, beans, chickpeas etc. upload some nuts on your nutrition regimen. in case you do in contrast to rice or pasta (have you ever tried the whole things, that's no longer overcooked to a delicate texture?) you additionally can decide for couscous and bulgur. To get greater sort in flavours you additionally can come across categories of bread. have you ever tried Turkish sourdough bread? you are able to fairly cut back those in a million/2 and positioned toppings on there like a pizza. Or have you ever had naan with an Indian form lentil curry? Or pita bread with hummus?

Very very similar, but not quite the exact flavor as meat. Meat is very fatty, whereas Boca is not, you can taste it. Nevertheless, Boca is very tasty, I agree.

meatless meat? if it's meatless, it's not meat, it's meat substitute, and veggie burgers are better than the origional!
