What sort of side effects? I've been eating it for years and not noticed anything

No it does not have any side effects but if you eat a large quantity of it then you may feel sick. You cannot eat as much Quorn as you would do meat. Try their Quorn Roast, it is excellent with a good stuffing. An excellent one I make is a packet of sage & onion stuffing mix made as per recipe and then add cranberry sauce to taste and a quantity of finely chopped chestnuts. At Christmas time you can buy good frozen nuts from Sainsbury's. Hope you try this and enjoy it!

Have you had side effects ? you don't mention that you've eaten quorn and have had side effects. I've been eating it since I started my diet, it tastes just like meat sausage and I'm okay. Only a few pounds lighter, which I want to be.

Not unless you are allergic to it - it's made from a fungus protein, so if you are allergic to mushrooms you may be allergic to Quorn too.

It should do! It's bloody minging! Can't get to grips with people who are meant to be veggies but still want to eat meat substitutes. Seems strange to me, but whatever!
