pulse 120/min, EKG DEPRESSION OF ST SEGMENT.
How will you mange this case?

This is a good practical question, and I would love to answer it:
The patient has undergone a second MI,.
start O2 Ihnhalation, but pass endotracheal tube first.
start iv isoket@10 drops per minute/ or as/BP
Give a pain killer.
DON'T GIVE STREPTOKINASE AS HE UNDERGONE TURP 2 MONTHS BACK.
I/V ANY BETA BLOCKER TO REDUCE HEART RATE WITH CAUTION.
SUCTION IF NECESSARY.
CONTINUOUS CARDIAC MONITORING.
FIRST OF SEND A BLOOD SAMPLE FOR CARDIAC ENZYMES.

USE HEPARIN IN 1/4 DOSE, THAN INCREASE IT.
STANDBY FOR CPR AND ADVANCE LIFE SUPPORT.
