How likely is it that someone could go a day here without asking a stupid question?

A healthy person should typically only flattulate (or feel the need to) right before, or during, laying a stool. It is perfectly possible for someone to go a day without said "farting" but chances are that they would have a lot of "crap" build up, and a very unpleasant stomach ache.
As for the second day...well, the flattulance would likely be of a greater sound and length of departure, not to mention (in the case of a meat eater) a much fowler smell.

The second day you would get a brain fart, thats why women have them more often than men. We hold our first farts in, men don't.

I'm not too sure anything bad would really happen...they might have like a stomachache or something, but that's the only consequence I've ever heard/experienced

It is highly likely. Many people rarely have flatulence.
excess flatulence often comes from a diet which is too high in fats.
