jeff i would simply follow it over the next 2-4 weeks and see the trend for escalation, same value or decline before i make anything out of it. if you have this value in hand then the patient probably has been evaluated already by a clinician, presence of concerning examination findings may be a good reason to rush for things like a brain MRI but in the abscence of symptoms at home or signs in the clinic, just repeat this test in a few weeks, better 4 weeks than 2, do follow your doctors advice though, good luck
