this is like asking, which came first the chicken or the egg. the diseases you mention have been passed around by mankind for centuries, and there is no way to know where it got started. But the fact is, that they DO exist and they DO damage people permanently, or even kill people if they are not caught at treated. It is the behavior of promiscuity and irresponsibility that spread these diseases. NO, they do not spontaneously generate in a healthy human being, they do in fact have to be spread.

In general stds are spread by someone who already has the virus or bacteria in their body. They would have gotten it from someone else who had it before them. They are then spread through contact. There are some cases where bacteria can develop into an infection on its own which can then be spread by contact and are considered sexually transmitted. An example of this would be BV.
Besides this, most bacteria that your body generates do not cause infection and are therefore not considered STDs.
Our bodies are constantly fighting off bacteria and viruses that enter out bodies. Most we are able to defend ourselves from without us even knowing it.
Think of it this way. You can develop an infection in your body when your good Vs bad bacteria gets out of wack. This can happen without you coming in contact with anyone else. But your body cannot create a virus. They are different types of conditions and come about by different sources. Some from outside sources and others by our own biological balance.

the_only_solorose brought up a very good point, and i believe she's 100% correct, no one really knows how STDs came about, and it's pointless to think about it, the fact is, they can only be transmitted from one person to another, that's all, so the only thing you need to do, is use a condom whenever you engage in sexual activity, oral, vaginal and anal, always, no if and or buts.

Those three diseases you mention all have to go from one persons body to another. They can't live outside for long on their own.
Anyone who has an STI has it because someone gave it to them, and for no other reason.
