Klinefelter's syndrome is a genetic disorder which means that men have an XXY chromosome set up rather than the usual XY (for a male). The XXY almost always causes feminisation of men or anti-masculinisation. Klinefelter's syndrome can be extreme or non-apparent depending on the person. Usual symptoms can be :
Enlarged breasts
Wide hips
Voice not breaking
Narrow shoulders
Long arms or legs
testicular atrophy (small testicles)
infertility.

Klinefelter's Syndrome 47, XXXY or, XXY ( sex chromosomes) is a condition cause by a chromosome ( DNA) aneuploidy ( cell that has a chromosome number that is not an exact multiple of the of the normal cell). The principal effect ( main effect) is abnormal testicular development and reduced fertility ( sperm isn't capable of producing a child or a very low sperm cell count). This condition exists in roughly 1 out of every 500 to 1,000 males. Affected males are almost always sterile. Physical appearance: Lanky, youthful build and facial appearance, or a rounded body type with some degree of gynecomastia ( increased breast tissue). Hypogonadism in XXY, decreased testicular hormone/endocrine function ( the male hormone levels are low). Small testicles are common. The more severe end of the spectrum of symptoms: increased risk of breast cancer and osteoporosis( bones are fragile and weak, with tiny holes in the bones). This syndrome can exist ( co-exist) with other disorders, such as pulmonary ( lung) disease, varicose veins, Diabetes, and Rheumatoid arthritis.

There generally are no signs of Klinefelter syndrome until puberty. At this time, boys with Klinefelter syndrome often do not have the increase in testosterone levels that normally occurs.
Because of low testosterone levels, boys with Klinefelter syndrome may:
* Have sparse pubic, facial, and body hair.
* Have underdeveloped muscles.
* Have enlarged breasts (gynecomastia).
* Be taller than other males in their family and have long legs, narrow shoulders, and wide hips.
Men with Klinefelter syndrome have smaller-than-expected testicles, are generally infertile, and cannot father children without using special fertility techniques.

I'm sorry people have strange ideas about your sister's syndrome. To be honest though, I've never heard of it and have no idea why having boobs or wide hips would make it worse.
