Symptoms of heart attack are:
acute pain in chest
difficulty in respiration/breathing
profuse perspiration
irritability
radiation of chest pain to left arm, back or jaws.
As far as blood pressure is concerned, it may rise moderately, BUT in hypertensives it can rise much higher. It may even fall depends on the area of infarct. EXACT FIGURES OF BP , DEPENDS ON AGE, NUMBER OF ATTACK/S.

The main symptom is shooting pains down your left arm, but other symptoms include anxiety and shortened breath along with some that not everybody experiences. It does not elevate you blood pressure.

no .-pressure in chest area
-sharp or dull pain in chest running down left arm
-a feeling of weakness and sweating
- anxiety and fear
-can also appear as pain under left shoulder
