do everything you can to get in shape. Start where you are. In November I was having trouble doing 10 minutes cardio a day and now I am doing usually 50-60 minutes a day.

take the diabetes seriously - it's a WICKED disease.

cut your simple sugars
increase fiber foods
lower fat
eat less at night

work on strength training

see your endocrinolist and make sure they test your testosterone, if it is low take your androgel.

I think excellent sexual life has to do with
1) good communication with your partner
2) being healthy
that's about it.
