The Indian cuisine in my view is far more complex and varied than the Chinese cuisine. Many Indian dishes require weeks and months of preparation whereas most Chinese meals are quick knock-up jobs that derive their flavours from store bought sauces.
For my money, Indian is better, but perhaps I am biased after having lived there for some years :-)

Depends on the mood. Both foods are great. Although I eat less Indian than Chinese. I think that is because the Indian is so rich and tends to weigh on me me down and show on the scales. Chinese does not.
I also think that the Indian food taste better on the east coast than the west coast.

I love Chinese. There is a lovely chinese resturant near to me with a 20 foot marine fish tank.
I can't eat hot or spicy food so I stay away from Indian food.

I love Indian cuisine, so that's a favorite, but Chinese is delicious too.
