You will not have all seven. You may only have 2 or 3 of them
1 sudden onset of weakness, nausea, and/or sweating without an obvious cause.
2 chest pain /discomfort/pressure /burning pain that is often but not allways crushing or squeezing and does not change with each breath. and it does not have to be over the heart it can be just the upper part of the chest.
3 pain /discomfort/pressure or burning pain in the lower jaw, arms back, abdomen, neck.
4 sudden arrhythmia with/or without syncope(fainting)
5 shortness of breath or dyspnea.
6 pulmonary edema
7 sudden death.
You may have any of these symptoms (except 6 AND 7) and they go away after 3 to 15 mins. GO TO THE HOSPITAL.
you may be having Angina Pectoris IT MAY BE A WARNING THAT YOU MAY HAVE A HEART ATTACK WITHIN MINS TO A FEW WEEKS.
It is far better to find you are having angina and get it treated then have a heart attack.
The first sign after angina may be sign 7 and you may be out of luck.

How do I know if I'm having a heart attack?
The pain of a heart attack can feel like bad heartburn. You may also be having a heart attack if you:
Feel a pressure or crushing pain in your chest, sometimes with sweating, nausea or vomiting
Feel pain that extends from your chest into the jaw, left arm or left shoulder.
Feel tightness in your chest
Have shortness of breath for more than a couple of seconds
