If I were you I would try and give them something traditional like chicken, mash potatoes and corn or something like that or something they haven't eaten that is really good. And be interesting, make it cute and pretty! Remember they are away from home and if you make a traditional meal it will remind them of home!

Adults don't drink Strawberry milk or eat pop tarts as a special meal.

These young men often do not get enough to eat. Many of them return home after several months having lost a great deal of weight.

Try real food.Meatloaf, baked chicken or burgers and hot dogs.
Add veggies- corn on the cob ,fresh salad, cole slaw or baked beans.
You can keep dessert simple with fruit and cookies.
Make sure to wrap up leftovers for these guys. They never know when they will get their next meal.

Spaghetti and meatballs, salad, garlic bread and chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Real comfort food from childhood.

No caffeine, coffee, tea, alcohol, etc. Just offer juice and/or water to drink.

Since the Missionary is likely far from home, homestyle food should make them happy.

mari

If you are having a missionary over for dinner, I would suggest making comfort food like a meatloaf with mashed potatos and green beans/
