what should i do, should i eat, what should i eat, i am alittle tired but not alot, what do you think, did this ever happen to you. any words of advice

I've heard that not all hunger signs mean that you're hungry. They can also mean that you are just thirsty. Try drinking some water.

Are you ill? Sometimes when I'm not feeling well, even though I'm hungry, eating is the last thing I want to do. How long has this been going on? If it's been a while, perhaps a trip to your doctor is in order, to check and see if there are no underlying conditions as to why you don't feel like eating.

Eat something light and see if that makes you feel better. Try a bowl of soup (broth based) or some crackers with peanut butter (or some other topping).

The same thing happens to me all the time, especially in the morning. My stomach is hungry and growls like crazy, but the thought of putting food in my mouth and eating it just isn't appealing. When this happens, I just drink either a lot of water or something light that I'm not going to have to force down. Drinking a lot of water when you're not hungry will fill up your stomach and make you feel full. As far as eating something light, I just make a small bowl of instant oatmeal with all the stuff I like in it with a banana on the side.

comparable right here, in spite of the shown fact that it became fasting for church. i could not devour for 3 days and relatively I wasn't even hungry after the three days have been up. i became thinking that your abdomen is perhaps shrinking so the nutrients you do take in fills you up greater ideal. because of the fact when I ate for the 1st time after 3 days i had a million/2 a chew of toast and that i became sooo finished. So i think of it extremely is on account which you abdomen is shrinking

Try eating a little snack such as a cracker with peanut butter or half of a peanut butter sandwich. It's healthy and should satisfy your stomach until you are ready for the next meal.

Ummm, it sounds like one of those times when you are kinda full, but still want to eat (?). Sometimes i just want the crunch of those Quaker Rice Cakes.

But i'm not sure about what you're asking.... If you really don't feel like eating, then don't eat. Just do something else for a while.

maybe you only think you are hungry because you are bored. or maybe you really are hungry, but depression can make you lose your appetite. Get checked by your doc if this is an ongoing prob!

drink water. It might fill you up, but at the same time it's technically not eating.
