that once u get a hepatitis B vaccine u cannot donate/give blood????

According to the American Red Cross donation guidelines, wait 7 days after immunization for Hepatitis B as long as you are not given the immunization for exposure to hepatitis B. You can read more here

No it's not true.

"Wait 7 days after immunization for Hepatitis B as long as you are not given the immunization for exposure to hepatitis B.

Hepatitis B Immune Globulin – given for exposure to hepatitis, wait 12 months after exposure to hepatitis."
