I love spring rolls - they are just so much fresher and lighter tasting than egg rolls!

I prefer Spring rolls too... but what's really really really good are those California rolls!!! I prefer Salmon, Octopus, and Eel the best, probably in that order.. .

Me. Egg rolls are often too heavy and too doughy. Spring rolls are lighter, more flavorful, and have that nice crunch!

I believe theres different kind of egg rolls...chinese egg rolls are nasty to me...love vietanmise egg rolls....spring rolls is different..it's steamed...

i usually make spring rolls and ege rolls but not chinese..its nasty to me..:)
