I have been to Takashimaya to find portable chopsticks, but it was not sold there. So where can i find it in Singapore?
The chopsticks can be used when food stalls use disposable chopsticks, which are not safe as they are bleached, and could be harmful to your health. And the disposable chopsticks are not environmentally friendly anyway.

There is a Japanese supermarket, called Mediya. It's at Liang court. You can try finding it there ;)

First, let me assure you that you are correct. The bleach used in the disposable chopsticks contains a carcinogen. Here in Taiwan, disposable chopsticks were banned from all public schools (I am a public schoolteacher.) It was a directive from the legislative Yuan last summer.
If you really cannot find the portable ones, I read in the newspaper that the next best thing is to soak the disposable chopsticks in very hot water for about 20 seconds.

Secondly, Have you tried a supermarket in Chinatown? Or one of the dollar stores in Chinatown. Here in Taiwan, they are sold almost everywhere, I think they even have them at 7-11.

you have not asked for help in the grocer stores
You are in error about them being bleached and harmful
the chlorine is rinsed and evaporates far too fast to do harm
did you forget most all city water has chlorine in it..?
Or the chlorine and chemical levels in the swimming pools it is all spooky rumors..
I have seen many stores that carry very fine engraved chopsticks with a carry cases.
You might try
